We offer 3-hour express same-day delivery across all areas in Kuwait for direct online orders. Standard delivery runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Saturday–Thursday) and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Fridays.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?

Yes, you can schedule deliveries in advance. During checkout on wardhaneen.com, simply select your preferred delivery date and time slot (e.g., morning or evening delivery) to ensure your gifts arrive right on time for birthdays, anniversaries, or graduations.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Kuwait?

How do I care for my fresh flower arrangement?

To keep your flowers fresh longer:

  1. Keep the arrangement in a cool room, away from direct sunlight and air conditioner drafts.
  2. Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle every 2 days.
  3. Replace the vase water daily with fresh, cool water.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Because fresh flowers and artisan cakes are perishable and custom-prepared, orders cancelled once preparation or dispatch has started cannot be fully refunded. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo, and our team will issue a replacement or store credit.
