Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Ward and Haneen, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and freshness of our floral arrangements and confectionery. Because our products are perishable and custom-made specifically for you upon receipt of your order, our return policy is as follows:


1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers and the food safety standards associated with our cakes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Perishability: Flowers have a limited lifespan and cannot be restocked or resold.

  • Customization: Every bouquet and bento cake is handcrafted only after your order is confirmed. Once a cake is baked or a stem is cut, the process cannot be reversed.

  • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed.

2. Cancellations

  • Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled or modified once the preparation process has begun.

  • Advance Orders: Cancellations for future dates must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone to confirm if a cancellation is possible.

3. Damages or Quality Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns, we will address concerns regarding damage during transit:

  • If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, please contact us immediately upon delivery (within 2 hours).

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the delivery note.

  • In cases of verified delivery damage, we will offer a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

4. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact number are accurate.

  • If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned to our studio in Hawally.

  • Due to the perishable nature of the goods, a re-delivery fee may apply, or the order may need to be picked up from our store to ensure freshness.
